Simpex is a trading name of Simpex Export Import Distribution Pvt. Ltd., or Simpex EID Pvt. Ltd. in short, a company legally incorporated in the Himalayan republic of Nepal.
Simpex is a unique firm in Kathmandu which is involved in multiple business operations including in the area of export and import of goods and acquiring exclusive dealerships or distributorship for the imported products for the country. It is now welcoming new partners with established successful business records in order to assign sub-distributorships throughout Nepal. Incorporated in Nepal, it also aims to extend its services to neighbouring regions in the near future, and plans to become the preferred choice for any business partners overseas who wish to operate in Nepal and the region with necessary efficiency and professionalism.
What We Do?
Our name implies to what we normally do. We possess a unique capability in the country of directly dealing with local craftsmen and small and medium enterprises in collecting a wide range of handicraft products. We are able to supply a collection of singing bowls, stone craft, beads, pashmina garments and hand-woven Tibetan carpets. Nepal is the land of the Khukuri, a uniquely curved knife used in the wars by the world famous Gurkhas. These items are entirely handmade as opposed to some factory-made imitations sold in the West. By buying our products directly from the manufacturers, we also support small cottage industries in Nepal, including development projects working to improve the lives of Tibetan refugees and women.

Objectives
In order to achieve its mission, the company has set out the following objectives:
- Export Nepalese goods to abroad, especially to the importers that it has exclusive agreement with, and then expand the operation out to the other parts of the world.
- Following extensive local market research, import unique foreign and European goods that might be of interest to the growing number of wealthy consumers.
- Identify and operate through efficient distribution networks within the country for products that are imported as well as those secured locally through dealership agreements.
- Secure exclusive country dealership and distributorship for a variety of quality products imported from abroad, and then implement quality service chain to ensure excellent ROI for both manufacturers and end customers.
