a. The quality of the product is extremely high. Here comes all your various certification and compliance to standards.
b. Smooth importation and installation of products, followed by excellent after-sales service. Many buyers in Asia have suffered due to the lack of new manufacturers whose products look nice but unable to provide any support to the buyers. Some manufacturers are providing up to 10 years of warrantee on certain parts. We’re interested in your policy regarding this.
c. The supply chain of spare parts for the products must be guaranteed to continue for at least four years in order for us to have a sustainable business cooperation.
